Since the early 90's the company embarked on developing steadily into the growing market of air conditioning hire. Ceiling Cassette type air conditioning N/A The Ceiling Cassette type air conditioner are designed to be fitted into suspended ceiling grids however surface mounted alternative units are also available on the market. The popular space saving design of the cassette is ideal for IT Computer rooms, Data Centre’s, Server Room’s, Telecommunication facilities, offices, shops and commercial premises. The cassettes are extremely quiet in use and provide cooling capacities ranging from 5kw through to 15kw. This type of unit can be controlled either by remote keypad or wall-mounted control panel and can offer optional heating, cooling, and fan only functions with variable fan speeds. This unit requires to be linked to an externally located condenser / chiller unit by interconnecting refrigerant or chilled water pipe work which varies in length depending on model selected. The cassette type air conditioner is available for long term hire periods or for purchase and we can also provide finance packages to suit your requirements.

The wall or floor type air conditioners are available with cooling capacities from 2kw up to 11kw. The function selection on this range can be controlled either by remote keypad or wall-mounted control panel and can offer optional heating, cooling, and fan only options with variable fan speeds. We are HVCA members (Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association) and our experienced qualified engineers carry out our maintenance service checks to a high standard. Typically air conditioners which are being used in a residential environment we would normally recommend two service visits per annum, however for more critical use, i.e. Trading floors, IT Computer rooms, Data Centre’s, Server Room’s, Production areas or Telecommunication facilities, we would normally advise that your air conditioning Maintenance Contract allows for more frequent service visits. Our experienced engineers are considerate of your staff, and will liaise with them at all times to ensure that any maintenance is carried out when convenient and with a minimum of fuss.
