Service-Tech carry out our air conditioning servicing in accordance to HVCA guidelines and recommendations. Service-Tech also registers the services on the REFCOM database ensuring that you are covered for the F Gas regulations.

Service-Tech also carry out air Conditioning Inspections in accordance with EPBD Directive and all Service-Tech Inspectors are fully Accredited to ACEA Level4 to include the inspection of Complexed and centralised cooling systems

We offer three different maintenance services to the West & East Midlands, Shropshire, Worcester & Warwickshire.

Pay As You Use.

Enables client to receive one minor service. This service is great for people who don’t want a contract, but still require a service to cover them for the F gas regulations. The pay as you go reactive service can be used as and when you need it, but being reactive service it is likely to create a repair list.

Planned Maintenance Visit

This service Includes two, three or four services per year, two minor and two major services. This service enables customers to schedule their maintenance, giving the unit better reliability. The standard service gives better value for money than the pay as you go services and is the recommended service frequency of most manufacturers.

Planned Critical Maintenance Services

This service is aimed at customers who rely on their air conditioning for business support, for example server rooms. The service includes 4 services per year, two minor and two major services.
