| Job description: | HVAC MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR PROFILE Product design and development … mechanical design… prototype development Able to develope products and components from concept to finish products strong planning. Skills and able to analyze complex design. Able to grasp new technical information and communicate that information to others in a understandable manner. A conscientious team player with excellent problem solving and Troubleshooting skills. Experienced in erecting Chiller, Split units, Ductable units, Assemble new window ac & Split ac. Able to apply knowledge of machinery operations and the working principle of materials to Design product prototype tooling. Skilled in AutoCAD and CNC programming. Consistently demonstrate leadership skills, sound judgement , decision – making capability. Initiative and resourcefulness in responding job challenges. Experienced in preparing Submittal for new project and coordinating with Consultant for Approvals. Estimating the materials for Projects and requesting, Deliver it at site to complete the project on time without material wastage. ABDUL SAMAD Achievement Completely Finished AC Works in Bab Al Bahar Mock Up Villa with in two days with a least work force. Maintain and monitor all kinds of Air Con’s like Ducted Split, Package, Decorative Split and Chillers. Preparing preventive maintenance schedule Maintaining the cleanliness of all Condensing units, Chillers, Fan coil units and Air handlers. Maintaining the performance of Chillers and Chill water pumps Distributing works to subordinates and supervising Ensuring that works work done by subordinates according to the specified standards Ensure that all related and needed tools are in safe place and in working condition Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference To create job training among engineering employees and create opportunities for them to upgrade their skills and knowledge at all times Beware of the emergency procedures in case of fire and emergency ABDUL SAMAD Job Description As a site in charge Can effectively interpret with AC engineering drawings and calculations.
