Mechanical Engineer-HVAC

| Job description: | Site Meeting with consultants and clients Report on all activities. Involvement in project decisions Site inspection with the project progress. Attend meetings with project management team. Specially dedicate for hospital projects. Study client contract specification / technical requirements, drawings etc, and prepare Inspection Inspection for all types of mechanical valves like gate, globe butterfly, safety valves etc Prepares weekly & monthly progress reports, schedule and attend meetings for project status. QA/QC inspection(Piping/Welding) ensure the compliance with Standards & Specifications and approved drawings Witness for hydro & pneumatic test Attending Pressure test and final checking of joints and assembly for leakage and approve the testing. Duties include project site supervision of manpower and construction/erection of all civil, structural & plumbing works. Complying with any further instructions or requirements of a reasonable nature that may be given by the project manager from time to time. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Heat load estimation. Designing of Ductable, Packaged, VRF and Chiller Air Conditioning Projects for comfort applications. Prepare Bill of quantity of Projects. Attend meetings with project management team. Site Meeting with consultants and clients Site inspection with the project progress. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly periodical reports. Negotiation and purchase of materials from various vendors. Quantity and cost estimation for the project. Time scheduling for projects. Preparation of monthly reports for projects. Co-ordinate with sub contractors. Quoting Tenders. Preparation of Tenders Manage project execution, including activation and controlling internal and external project resources in accordance with client’s requirements. Responsible for the project’s CAD design engineering. Responsible for the maintenance of all technical & engineering drawings using both engineering/ Design. Supporting other team members to deliver on time. Involvement in project decisions. Complying with any further instructions or requirements of a reasonable nature that may be given by the project manager from time to time. Responsible for field work monitoring and issuance of site instructions to work groups to highlight deficiency |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | Auto cad HVAC software’s (ducting & piping) MS office & Office software’s Design Plumbing & Fire fighting. |
