| Job description: | Controlled Air Solutions Ltd a leading contractor involved in the Sales, Installation, Maintenance of air conditioning equipment are relocating to new larger offices in the North West. Specialising in the Supply / Installation and Maintenance of air conditioning equipment. We are looking for a proven new business winner to help build sales in the region About Controlled Air Solutions Ltd Controlled Air Solutions Ltd is a leading installer of air conditioning equipment operating on a national basis. We are a Mitsubishi Electric Business Solution Partner and installer of all leading brands of air conditioning equipment. We offer a design, installation and maintenance service to specialist Mechanical Services Contractors, Sub contractors, Facilities Managers and End Users. We shortly relocating to a New Office, Workshop / Warehouse Facility in the North West to offer a truly national coverage |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | About the Role * Selling air conditioning installation / maintenance services * Dealing with mechanical contractors, facility managers and end users * Offering a full design and specification service to clients * Project Managing and overseeing health and safety * Developing new relationships * Promoting Controlled Air Solutions Ltd as specialist sub contractor |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | About the Candidate * Must have air conditioning sales experience * Experienced in winning new business * Able to build relationships and rapport * Must be presentable as will be the face of the company * Comfortable working to a target |
