We have a unique range of expertise, skills and experience and provide cost effective solutions by working in close partnership with our customers. The company is owned and run by Stephen Benton and former director Jane Gartshore works with the business as a projects consultant.

We are diverse team with approaching a century of experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Between us we have designed, installed, serviced and maintained a wide range of equipment. We have also managed engineers, written many words about refrigeration, worked on standards development, worked with awarding bodies on qualification development and written practical procedures and guidance for industry. We are members and active participants of the British Refrigeration Association (BRA) and the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR).

We provide training which is up to date, informative and fun with the emphasis on practical 'hands on' mixed with high quality presentations and supported by relevant documentation and notes. Our training is designed to use trainees' time as efficiently as possible, thus minimising expensive down time.

We work closely with end users, contractors and equipment manufacturers.

Application of flammable refrigerants

We have specialised in the safe application of hydrocarbon refrigerants for over 15 years and have worked with end users, manufacturers and service providers to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes of practice. We are also instrumental in driving the appropriate development of standards and training specifications relating to the safe use of HCs. We are now also working with A2L (mildly flammable) refrigerants such as R32 and HFO variants and can provide the services listed above.
