Very impressed with this company. In the middle of a heatwave and COVID pandemic, when they've way busier than normal, they got back to me within an hour. They were so swamped with installation requests that they're engineers were working Sundays, at no additional cost to the customer. Was given an appointment within 3 days and kept informed when the engineer was running slightly behind schedule on that day. The engineer himself (Garrick) was a credit to the company. Very polite, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I had many problems to find a reliable A/C company in London and in some cases the experience was horrible. I found Air Conditioning London and they replied very quickly and with a good understanding of the problems. The engineers are knowledgeable and friendly. There were some mistakes (not due to them) but they company offered a compensation for the extra time. I recommend it.

That old server room AC had its run, this new Panasonic system is amazingly powerful and the servers are running at standard temperature. Our pcb failed in one of our server room air cons. Although the PCB was a bit costly it was better to replace it than change the whole system. A previous engineer said these weren't available and that the manufacturer did not produce them. Zero Degree saved us a fortune by not having a new install and they found this part.
