Jon and his team have been servicing my Aircon units for approx. 10 years ( 2-3 times a year ) now. One of the units is difficult to reach he then decided to purchase an expandable ladder and dust sheets ( from his own money ) and left them here in my house for my personal use only. Going through a motion to find a decent Aircon servicing company in central London is a nightmare. Ever since Jon took over I never had any issues with it whatsoever.
He is by far the best AC engineer I have ever used. In addition, he always cleans the dust around my Artwork installed in front of the unit. If you are looking for good value service, tidy ( he brings his shoe covers ), efficient, polite and customised service don't look any further. For all these reasons and much more I wholeheartedly recommended Simply Aircon.

Jonathan and Kyle were probably the most professional installers I have used in the business in 25 years- even going as far as suggesting a better position for the air-con unit, from the original position which was dismantled, and optimising space and pipe work, tidied up and made-good afterwards, and even vacuumed; then organised a waste disposal service without me asking for it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

What a fabulous service. Jonathan personally oversees everything and is brilliant. He installed two Daikin units which are so smooth, silent, and effective (hot and cold!). Tricky access which he nailed without any fuss. And we had fun navigating the tricky WiFi connectivity! Highly, highly recommended. Service: Installation

I have been trying to get an appointment for a call out with them (for repairs/maintenance) on they own units for AGES now and still nothing. they will not BOOK any appointment with you if they are to busy. so you can be waiting for a very long time. like I am :( now that the weather is very hot, we can not use them (10 A.C Units in all) Big disappointment :( :(

Phoned to ask if someone could come and view my office on the high road, was told to 'fix out the form on-line, which would be sent to head office and they would contact me' When I said I just wanted to make an appointment with someone now, not fill out forms on-line, they just hung up. I would not use these people. Short tempered, inflexible.

They were both extremely polite and considerate. The job was carried out exactly as promised, on time and without any issues or subsequent work required. It was a very neat and tidy install.
