Dragon air is the best. They had an amazing guy named Dani come out and take care of my A/C on Memorial Day and he diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately they even came out 1 hour after my call! He taught me a lot about my system, and even went as far as to help clean it off too which he didn't have to do. 10/10 I will be using Dragon Air from now on!

Called Dragon Air for a refrigerant leak in my system, Braden came out the next morning, thoroughly examined the system and did a leak test free of charge. He gave me multiple options whereas other highly rated companies took a quick look without leak test and told me my only option was to replace the whole system. Very happy with the job they did and the quote was very reasonably priced. Super honest guy.
He accidentally told me a slightly higher number when I was writing the check, I did not realize until he handed the check back to me and apologized profusely for the mistake, instead of pocketing the extra money. Will definitely use them again in the future

We replaced two HVAC systems in our home including the ductwork. Dragon was meticulous in the ducting design and selection of equipment to maximize efficiency and comfort. He really knows what he's doing! The removal of the old HVAC systems and installation of the new systems took a little more than a day. Where my HWA contractor failed miserably, Dragon Air Services rose to the challenge starting with responding immediately to my emergency request and showing up early on a Saturday morning to assess the situation with my HVAC suddenly blowing continuous cold air. They were fast and efficient. Granted, the problem could not be fixed on the same day, but they explained the reasons why and my fears of shelling out thousands of dollars were allayed. They came back Monday afternoon and finished the job speedily, efficiently, and professionally. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. I also should probably get rid of my useless home warranty.

I highly recommend Dragon Air Services. Dragan and his team are very professional and show great attention to detail. Dragan was able to rebuild my entire HVAC system and found the root cause of a dust issue as a result of a bad return vent in my attic. He was able to design the system so the rooms in my house that didn't have good air flow (heating and cooling) are now balanced with the rest of the home. They care about their customers and have a great installation team. They take care of the permits, provided great options on financing, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

I have never seen a Google rated business with 100% perfect reviews, so I had to give this company a chance to win my business, which they did, with flying colors. I decided to go with Dragon AC to replace my 22 year old AC and furnace units and upgrade my duct configuration after the owner of the company (Dragan) spent about two hours at my home, analyzing the current situation and how best to fix me up going forward, within my limited budget.
The install process is underway now, as I write this review, and it has already vastly exceeded my expectations after less than six hours of progress, with a crew of several (more than five, plus Dragan supervising, coordinating the operation) working efficiently and courteously toward the completion of the project. He even coordinated a plumber that he works closely with to do the related work that requires a licensed plumber.
I will update this review after the job is complete and in service for a while. So far, I wish that Google provided bonus stars, so I could give an extraordinary review for the quality of work and service this company has provided so far.

Old HVAC system finally gave out after 26 years. Received 5 different quotes for a replacement. Although Dragon was not the cheapest, they were competitive with their price. What set Dragon apart was being the most responsive, most detailed in their design, most detailed in their communication of what was needed, and most importantly, was knowing that we were always dealing with the owner of the company vs. talking to a dispatcher and various random technicians. The city inspector said I should be extremely happy because Dragon did an amazing job with our installation. I totally agree. I would not hesitate to recommend Dragon Air to anyone.

The owner, Dragan Tadic, is very knowledgeable and strives to deliver the best to each of his customers. He went above and beyond. He always communicated promptly. He and his team were on-time, efficient and clean. These days it's rare to find someone as dedicated and invested in doing the best work on every project.
