CoolEasy provided/fitted an aircon unit as part of the installation of our Green Retreats garden room. They were very helpful and efficient at setting up the fitting appointment and we were very happy with the engineer who fitted the unit, who was, as it happens, an independent fitter, but that made no difference to us at the end o f the day. Time will tell regards how helpful/economic they will be on annual servicing.

Spent hours in the last few weeks researching portable air conditioning units for small office use. Spoke to several companies - cooleasy.co.uk were BY FAR the most knowledgeable and professional. They were actually interested in what I was trying to do, considered every possible solution, and actually KNEW "inside-out" the machine they finally sold me. They were the only ones who knew how far I could extend the vents, and went miles out of their way to get the correct trunking to me.

Delivery was on a day to suit me, and cooleasy phoned several times to confirm I was happy with it all (and even thanking me for my custom). They use an expert courier which notifies you on the day of the delivery slot - cooleasy don't skimp on the delivery either. Compare prices if you must online - they are competitive, perhaps a very few pounds either way of the cheapest. Remember, though, that you get exactly what you pay for in life, and this company is worth any small extra for the care Brian and the team take with each and every customer. I installed two KFR33IW AC/Heat pumps supplied by this company, both were straightforward to install and commission, but you need to be competent at DIY, especially it you want to conceal wiring and pipe runs. If you've ever had problems buying online only to find it impossible to resolve any problems by phone, rest assured that cooleasy's help lines and technical support line are truly excellent, providing friendly and knowledgeable advice.

First of all with another heatwave coming you couldnt get a fan or any cooling products anywhere and I happened to come across cool easy online and surprisingly they had the air cooler I wanted!
