My overall experience with this company was great! We managed to secure a quick installation - Ryan was very accommodating fitting us in even though they were busy. Cody and Brad fitted our units and we were super impressed with them they were very competent, really respectful and tidied up after themselves beautifully. I highly recommend this company! (And am also quietly very smug and sleeping perfectly peacefully in this crazy heat after having our aircon fitted

Ryan did an amazing job installing 2 new air con units in our home. He was reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and the work was completed to a very high standard. His team has also completed air con servicing for all our units. This including information how the units health was evaluated. Customer service is second to none too. Ryan makes time for customers and Ive been so impressed with the patience and professionalism he has shown consistently with any questions Ive had following the install. We will use R U Cooling for any future air con work we need and would recommend to anyone!

They are reliable, friendly, informative, tidy and efficient. I get sent yearly reminders when the service is due. I would highly recommend them.

Great communication, good quote and Ryan was able to fix the problem with our air con unit really quickly. Reliable and honest. Thanks Ryan - where other companies were silly prices or difficult to get hold of, you made it a quick and easy problem to solve. Highly recommend
