I contacted Allstar for a quote to repalace 3 radiators. Will replied and quickly arrived to size up the job. He was polite, prompt and professional. The quote was good value. Will turned up promptly, with his team, and immediately began work. The quality of work was first class and caused minimal bother to our normal routine. I highly reccomend Allstar to anyone.
After a few months, we approached Allstar again for a heating system update, involving a boiler change and system update. We received great service. The team were punctual, polite, professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We opted for an external boiler, which involved a good deal of pipe renewal. Despite miserable weather, they ensured that everything was to the highest standard and no corners were cut. Will made sure the system operated safely and correctly and I understood how to program the system and could spot any faults. Will, Ash, Bank and Geordie did an excellent job. We had an issue with the boiler so I called Allstar Systems and William got straight back to me and arranged to visit within the hour. The issue was sorted quickly so we had access to heating and hot water. William provided me with details of the repairs that were required and an appointment made for these to be completed as well as a boiler service. A quote was provided for the work which I agreed to and the work was carried out a few days later. I am impressed with the communication received and the work undertaken by William and the team. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I cannot recommend the services of the team enough. Will and Ash are extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Our boiler died during a freezing February week and after being messed around by an emergency engineer, William was an absolute hero. Within two days of contacting him our new boiler was in and heating our radiators and hot water more efficiently than ever. I have never encountered a heating engineer who is so friendly and professional and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Last year we had an issue with our boiler, Installers couldn't sort it out and was costing too much money with the the repairs. That's when we found Allstar systems, and our boiler never had any issue since last year,. We have booked for the annual service again this year and the service was again much satisfying. Two weeks before Christmas and our unvented mains hot water tank died.
Allstar visited within a couple of days and not only deemed it terminal but that it had been installed incorrectly, illegally, by the original plumber.
Within a week they had sourced a new tank and installed in line with the building regulations.
One cannot ask for better service than that.
If you want, or have got an unvented mains hot water tank, ("Megaflow"), these are your guys. They have the essential additional qualifications over and above the usual "Gas Safe" one.

Allstar have been brilliant whenever Ive needed them. William came out really quickly to fix some issues and restart my mums oil fired boiler, so that she wasnt left for a 4th night without heat, after a long wait for an oil delivery in winter. He came round soon after the oil arrived, and was outside in minus temps, on a dark night to get it all running for her. He went above and beyond to help.
Recently, he also came out urgently on a weekend, to stop a leak on my dads gas boiler. He then checked the whole system out to make sure it was safe, and found a couple of important issues which he dealt with straight away. The heating and boiler now runs more efficiently, and he gave advice for future improvements, without being at all pushy. He really knows his craft and explains things easily to you.

Having brought a house with a boiler that was extremely old and not working - Allstar was very quick to get back to me with a quote and when they can install. I was extremely happy that they could install a couple of days later as I didnt have hot water and heating. They turned up on time arranged and rapidly swapped my boiler over so I had heating and hot water. Would highly recommended.

I had a 6 year old thermal store cylinder which failed and flooded my kitchen and dining room. I contacted Allstar Systems and William came round the same evening to discuss options. I now have an efficient unvented hot water system along side a fully pumped sealed s-plan heating system with the cylinder relocated next to the boiler. New pipe work was required due to the relocation of the cylinder which left very little visible disruption. The installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was kept informed of all changes. Im extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate in using the company again or recommending them.

My oldish combi boiler broke during the recent cold spell. Will attended out-of-hours on the day that I called him. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and discussed in detail the options of an attempted repair or a new boiler. I was given ample time and information to make my decision. I chose the latter and it was installed and working within a week. Will is courteous, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable. The work was completed to a very high standard and my house was left clean and tidy. I am very happy to highly recommend Allstar Systems.

I have been using All Star systems for several years. As a Which? Member, I found them using the Which? Trusted Trader system, and I am very glad I did. Will and his team are excellent. Over the years, they have upgraded our old gravity based heating system to a pressurised system, installed new pumps, and serviced our two boilers (one in the annexe) annually. They are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.

Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.

Called Allstar for an emergency when our boiler wouldn't fire up. Will got the boiler up and running again but, we knew it was on it's last legs. Will and his team had a new boiler within 2 weeks, ordered and fitted, with new thermostat valves. And to the exact price that was originally quoted. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Allstar Systems for our annual servicing going forward.
