I phoned these people to see if they could help me with hireing a portable air conditioning unit for my mothers bedroom as she is bed bound and could not sleep at night. I phoned the company and the manager Simon answered and arranged to pop out to visit us to give us some advice. He came with a unit which he said would be perfect as it had a built in thermostat so it could easily keep the room at the required temperature. Having used this unit for about 4 weeks I phoned them to settle the account and asked them to collect the unit as I know longer needed it as my mom was taken into hospital. I was absolutely astonished when Simon had turned up to collect the unit and said it was free of charge for my Mom. I cannot speak more than from my heart he is an angel. Many thanks Margaret
